WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY

RETURNS:
- Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. Returns must be notified in writing within 7 days of the order recieved date.
- All items must be in original packaging and include original label. If package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 15% restocking fee. 
- Returns will not be accepted after 7 days. Unauthorized returns or refused packages will result in a 25% restocking fee. 
- All Clearance itens are FINAL SALE. No returns or exhanges. 
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. (No Refunds shall be issued.)
- Shipping and Handling are non-refundable. 
 
HOW TO PROCESS DAMAGES:
Defective or damaged returns must be notified in writing within five(5) days from date received, and shall be returned within fifteen (15) days from date of Return Authorization.
1. Send the image of the defective piece(s) to our email, web@skiesareblueclothing.com
2. Please include invoice number in the subject line and the following:
- Style Number
- Style Size
- Image of Unit(Damage)
